Processing Time
- All orders ship from our Virginia Beach HQ, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery timelines begin once your order ships, not when the order is placed.
- Orders submitted later in the day may begin processing the following business day, especially if items are pulled from one of our retail locations.
- Our office hours are 8 AM–5 PM ET.
During the holiday season, our team works hard to get everything out quickly, but please allow extra time for processing.
These delivery estimates are based on USPS and UPS published transit times, combined with our average order processing times at our Virginia Beach HQ.

Holiday Delivery Estimates & Cutoff Dates
To give your package the best chance of arriving by December 24, please order before the dates below:

Tips for On-Time Holiday Delivery
• Order early – holiday carrier delays are common.
• For Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and remote locations, allow extra time.
• Choosing Express increases, but does not guarantee, the likelihood of on-time arrival.
• Double-check your shipping address and ZIP code. If you need to correct your shipping address, please email us immediately - once an order ships, we can’t modify the delivery address.
• You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
• Carrier pickup schedules may vary during the holidays and can add an extra day before transit begins.
• Weather or nationwide carrier delays may impact delivery times.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
